The clinical supervision practice Ontario clinicians trust
A dedicated virtual practice focused exclusively on clinical supervision — supporting RP (Qualifying), students, Registered Psychotherapists and the organizations that employ them.
Most supervision in Ontario is inconsistent and difficult to access. We provide structured, reliable clinical supervision that meets CRPO requirements — with clear scheduling, consistent quality, and the capacity to support clinicians as they progress.

Supervision That Meets You Where You Are
No two therapists arrive at supervision in quite the same place. Some are just starting out and working toward CRPO registration. Others have been practicing for years and want a thoughtful space to refine their work, sit with harder cases, or simply not feel so alone in the chair. And some are practicum students from Yorkville University or other programs, still finding their footing as clinicians.
Whoever you are, we shape supervision around what you actually need. We offer individual, dyadic, and group supervision — each with its own rhythm and benefits — and we'll help you figure out which format fits where you are right now. The goal is always the same: a place where you can think out loud about your work, learn from people who've been there, and leave each session a little clearer than you came in.
How We Approach This Work
A few things guide how we show up as supervisors.
Collaboration. Supervision isn't a one-way transfer of expertise. The best learning tends to happen in conversation, where both supervisor and supervisee bring something to the table.
Compassion. Therapy is demanding work, and we know that. We try to meet our supervisees with the same warmth and patience we'd hope they bring to their own clients.
Ethical practice. We hold ourselves to a high standard — not just the CRPO's, but our own. That means honest conversations about scope, boundaries, and the harder ethical grey areas that come up in real practice.
Lifelong learning. None of us are done growing. We stay curious about new research, new approaches, and what we still don't know — and we hope you'll do the same.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Our Ontario Clinical Supervision Practice
We believe good therapy starts with therapists who feel seen and supported. That's why our Ontario clinical supervision program is built around genuine inclusion — a space where supervisees of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences are welcomed not as an afterthought, but as the heart of what we do.
The therapists we work with bring a wide range of stories to their practice. Some are newer to the field, some are internationally trained, and many are navigating their own intersecting identities alongside their clinical growth. Whatever you bring with you — cultural background, faith, gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, disability, or experiences we haven't named here — it belongs in the room. Your perspective shapes the kind of clinician you're becoming, and we treat it that way.
We also know that supervision tends to ripple outward. When therapists feel safe and understood by their supervisor, they're more able to offer that same steadiness to their clients. So this isn't just about how we treat each other in supervision sessions — it's about the kind of care that eventually reaches the people sitting across from you.
If you're looking for CRPO supervision in Ontario that takes this seriously, we'd love to hear from you.
Supervision Across Canada
OntarioSupervision.ca operates as part of a growing network of provincial clinical supervision resources, built on the same foundation of qualified supervisors, structured agreements, and rigorous documentation that's served Ontario therapists since 2022. As psychotherapy regulation expands across the country, we're extending what we've learned to other provinces.
Therapists practicing in Alberta can find resources and updates on Alberta's path toward regulating counselling therapy under the College of Alberta Psychologists at Alberta Clinical Supervision (AlbertaSupervision.ca)
Therapists practicing in British Columbia can find resources on BC's psychotherapy regulation timeline — including the November 2027 implementation under the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC at BC Clinical Supervision (ClinicalSupervisionBC.ca)
Get in Touch
Over 300 therapists across Ontario have trusted us with their clinical supervision, and we've completed more than 2,400 sessions together along the way. Every one ofthose numbers represents a real clinician working through real questions about their practice — and we don't take that lightly.
If you're curious about working with us, take a look around the site and get a feel for our team of CRPO clinical supervisors.
