Paula Gonzalez: Paula is a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor based in Toronto, Ontario, with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Her work is strongly informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a modality she integrates throughout her clinical and supervisory practice.
Paula has worked in both community-based settings and private practice, supporting children, teens, adults, and couples. In addition to IFS, she draws on Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in her individual work. For couples, her approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman Method.
As a clinical supervisor, Paula is committed to helping supervisees uncover their authentic therapeutic voice, build on their strengths, and grow with confidence. She provides a supportive, collaborative space for professional development and self-discovery.
Lori Eaton: Lori is a seasoned therapist and clinical supervisor with over 20 years of experience in mental health. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for supervisees to explore their clinical work. Lori's expertise spans a wide range of areas, including relationship issues, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, parenting, ADHD, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, grief and loss, and more. Allison Goldfield: Allison is a highly experienced Registered Psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 30 years of practice, specializing in working with children, adolescents, and families. She uses a blend of cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, narrative, interpersonal, and experiential therapies to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, and family dynamics.
As a supervisor, Allison provides clinical supervision that aligns with the standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Ayesha Ghouri: is a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with a diverse background in mental health and trauma-informed care.
