Gambling Health: The Conversation Ontario Therapists Are Not Having

Ontario has run a regulated private online gambling market since April 2022, and helpline contacts from boys and young men have risen more than 300 percent. Most therapists never ask about it. This post introduces Gambling Health, a continuum-based frame modelled on Substance Use Health, and gives clinicians and clinical supervisors the validated screening tools and specific questions to start asking.
