Walk into the registration exam having already taken it twenty times.
Permanent selections. No set number of right answers. Two benchmarks you must clear independently. RegExam Prep recreates the entire experience, twenty original clinical simulations, full timed mock exams, and scoring reports that show you exactly where the marks went.
Get access · $249 founding pricingThe exam nobody prepares you for
You can know psychotherapy cold and still lose this exam on format. Every option you click is scored on a seven-point scale, harmful selections subtract from your total, clicks are permanent even when they are misclicks, and Information Gathering and Decision Making are judged as separate gates where strength in one cannot rescue the other.
The candidates who struggle are rarely the ones who studied least. They are the ones who met these mechanics for the first time on exam day. Reading about the format helps. Rehearsing it until exam day feels routine is what changes the outcome.
Twenty simulations. One familiar exam.
The exam, faithfully
Twenty original clinical cases and 615 individually calibrated options, with latent client responses that appear only when you select, exactly as the real exam behaves. Selections are permanent. There is no undo. That is the point.
Exam-day honest
Ten simulations on one enforced three-hour clock, weighted to the official context areas, with one hidden unscored pilot. When the clock hits zero, unreached simulations score as skipped, because that is what exam day does. Then a complete post-mortem of every option.
What the exam never shows you
Your readiness score. IG and DM tracked as the separate gates they are, with a callout when one is lagging. Exactly what over-selecting and under-selecting cost you, per section. Adaptive practice aimed at your weakest domains. Progress saves automatically.
Three ways to practise
Each option reveals its calibration and reasoning the moment you select it. For building judgment early.
Exam-faithful. No feedback until you submit, then a full score report against both benchmarks.
The dress rehearsal. Same timing, same navigation, same scoring philosophy, same pressure.

Frequently asked
Is this the real exam's content?
No. Every simulation is original, written and calibrated by our clinical team. RegExam Prep replicates the format described in the publicly available Resource Manual, the section types, the response behaviour, the scoring philosophy, the timing, with entirely original cases. It is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, CRPO or COMPASS.
Which exam is this for?
The CRPO registration examination, the simulation-based exam required for full RP registration. If you are preparing for the Case-Based Assessment instead, that is our companion product, CBA Prep.
How long do I get access?
Forever. Your purchase is one-time and access never expires. Defer your sitting, take the post-exam review at your own pace, or come back before a rewrite; your account and your progress will be waiting.
When should I start?
Six to eight weeks out is ideal: enough runway to work through the bank in Learning mode, harden in Simulation mode, and run multiple full mocks in the final month. Starting later still works; the mock exams compress the highest-value practice into the least time.
What do I need to run it?
A browser on a computer, tablet, or phone. No installation. Practising at least once on the device type you will use for the real exam is smart preparation in itself.
Do my scores predict my exam result?
No, and we say so inside the app as plainly as we say it here. Calibrations reflect the professional judgment of our clinical team, not statements of CRPO or COMPASS, and no practice score predicts or guarantees an official result. What the app measures is your preparation: your habits, your pacing, and which of the two benchmarks needs your attention.
Your cohort sits in October.
Every week of familiarity you bank now is a week of composure you carry into the room.
